Prevention Plus Plan

The Prevention Plus plan is a membership plan for our patients that do not have dental insurance. It is a generous plan that provides annual prevention and diagnostic services and includes the savings of one treatment per year and an ongoing discount on any additional services. This service has a value of over $1,000.

Annual Covered Services:

  • Up to 3 Exams a Year

  • Any X-rays Required for Exams or Treatments

  • 2 Fluoride Treatments

  • Silver Diamine Fluoride

  • All Cleanings for the Year*

  • 15% Discount on Any Service

*This does not include deep cleanings also called Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) if you have perio diagnosis this membership includes additional perio maintenance cleanings.

One of the Following Each Year:

  • Filling

  • Simple Extraction

  • 1st Quadrant of Scaling and Root Planing

Annual Cost: $500

Monthly Cost: $50/month
